Creighton showed very well at the Phi Beta Lambda (the college-level Future Business Leaders of America) statewide competition in Kearney last weekend.
Winning first place in Financial Analysis and Decision Making was our own Joel Gieswein, and in International Business our own Guillermo Guzman placed first, and Joel Gieswein placed second. They may go on to national competition now if they so choose.
With Omaha's having four Fortune 500 companies, Nebraska is known as having a very strong PBL chapter. Creighton always does well in their competitions, of course.
